eMule NetF WARP的作者是netfinity ，3月25日在eMule官方论坛发布了eMule 0.49c NetF WARP 0.3a.14 BETA，值得注意的是这次发布的测试版还包括了一个64位的版本。
注意这仅仅是一个测试版，目前只在winodws 7和Wine 1.1.41 (Ubuntu 9.10)下进行过测试。

eMule官方推荐Windows7下的新用户使用Installer2安装包
2009年09月21日，在eMule 0.49c版本正式发布半年后，eMule官方又针对Windows 7用户，为eMule软件发布了一个新的安装包：eMule0.49c-Installer2.exe。
eMule本身是绿色软件，下载bin压缩包解压即可使用，但是考虑了很多初级用户，eMule官方也同时制作了安装包，文件名为：eMule0.49c-Installer.exe。而现在又针对Windows 7用户推出了这个第二个安装包Installer2。
