這個eMule mod是義大利程序員Taz基於AcKroNiC製作的二次Mod，面向以色列用戶的AcKroNiC-IL，以色列在p2p世界裡由於大量吸血客戶端的流行而不受歡迎，很多發布組織都私下採用封鎖以色列ip的ipfilter，Taz本著意以友好的希望，開發了這款「友誼」mod，希望以色列用戶不要再使用吸血客戶端。

Note for Vista users : After clean install (running mod exe under the dir BIN was opened), config related stuff (such as servers list, Preferences.ini, etc.) will be stored under config dir. If desired to be stored per user (under c:/users/user name/…) – one must delete empty Prefernces.ini which is located within config dir before first run !!! – at such choice settings will be stored for mod without mixing it with other mods / official settings …
