刀疤天使ScarAngel新版神速来袭！这一版本最振奋人心的消息莫过于内置了大量语言包，包括jason_jiang的简体中文包和alisa/DargonD的繁体中文包，天使爱好者们不用再为语言问题发愁了。新增了多用户支持；WEB界面大玩变脸，集成了好友通道和强力共享控制。另外，从这个版本开始天使骡可以用NT服务方式运行了。感谢Stulle！

下载整合好的ScarAngel v3.3：
（推荐使用的整合压缩档，“绿色”版本，解压缩后直接使用。更新地址默认使用官方DLP库地址；IPFilter、IP2C默认使用此处的剔除误杀版和中文简称版的地址；第一次运行更新上述组件；安全eD2k服务器列表2010-02-09文件已包含；部分默认设置相对Sourceforge上的发布有修正，以符合用户习惯）

Dear customers,

It have been eventful two and a half months since our last great product release. Rather than going on a long vacation we got busy to make our product even better.
So here we are! This new fine release features many things that you might find extremly useful when running eMule ScarAngel in a server environment. Starting this version you can run eMule ScarAngel as a NT Service. The advantages of that can be found in our fine FAQ or a little further down in the Changelog. Additionally, the WebInterface has been hugely improved. It now allows to setup multiple users and has some more additional functionality. One of these additional functions is the integration of Friendslot handling and Powershare handling into the WebInterface.
As any other release this new version will include some fixes and changes. To learn more about this and other features please refer to the Changelog below.
From this version forth we will also provide you a nice installer that allows you to install our product even more comfortably!
If you need any assistance or got any questions please read the FAQ or ask your friendly Team ScarAngel Staff. Ionix advanced (multiuser) webserver:
+ You must select the multi user template to enable the multi user settings.
+ Changed user privileges (see below)
+ Added option to restrict user from downloading files via webserver.
+ Multiuser is enabled/disabled automatically on changing template.

Ionix advanced (multiuser) webserver user privileges:
+ Guest: Viewing information from webinterface
+ Operator: Adding/Removing downloads and according to other settings
+ Admin: Like Operator plus privilege to close eMule
+ Hi-Admin: Like Admin plus privilege to shutdown/reboot windows

Run as NT Service:
+ No need to login into windows
+ Keeps running after logging out/ switching users
+ New command line options:
– “emule -install” –> install as a service
– “emule -uninstall” –> uninstall as a service
+ Make sure all settings are correct before installing as a service
+ Links are passed to webservice
+ Option to set level of optimization (Full may cause errors!)
