著名開源BitTorrent客戶端 Vuze (舊稱 Azureus 毒蛙，3.1版開始正式改名為Vuze) 剛剛發布了最新的版本4.4.0.0， Vuze是一個基於JAVA的BitTorrent客戶端，故支持Windows，Mac OS X，Linux，Unix等幾乎所有操作系統。並且支持I2P和Tor匿名網路，支持基本的irc聊天命令，加入了好友系統，你可以和其他人互相加為好友，分享torrent文件，並且能夠加速下載速度。還添加了文件瀏覽頁面，可以找到你想要的資源，可以對資源進行評論和打分。Vuze能夠自行當tracker，容許用戶自行分享文件而不需要上傳至任何網站。而用戶亦能通過加入不同的插件以加強其功能。Vuze使用自己的DHT模式，因而不兼容布萊姆·科亨（美國程序員，「BT之父」）的BitTorrent或BitComet等使用的DHT網路Mainline DHT(mlDHT)，但可以通過下載插件來兼容。
